Welcome to the exquisite abode designed by HAD Studio for Mr. and Mrs. Singh. Our challenge was to seamlessly integrate an additional 4500 sqft to the existing 1700 sqft ground floor, while maintaining the original theme and vibe of the house.
Drawing inspiration from the existing brick facade, we embarked on a transformation that would preserve the unique character of the home. The result is a harmonious blend of familiarity and innovation, where the new additions seamlessly integrate with the existing structure.
The expanded villa now boasts two spacious bedrooms, a cozy living area, an elegant dining space, a state-of-the-art modular kitchen, and an office area. Additionally, we created a dedicated office cum studio space spanning 500 sqft to cater to the needs of Mr. Singh, a passionate YouTuber immersed in the world of gaming.
Recognizing the importance of technology, we incorporated a server room within the house itself, ensuring seamless connectivity for Mr. Singh's gaming pursuits. Our design team meticulously planned the layout, ensuring that the server room seamlessly integrated into the overall aesthetic of the villa.
