We proudly present our latest project: Our primary goal was to create a facility that maximizes productivity while maintaining a clear separation between these two distinct units.
Our expert team of designers and engineers rose to the challenge by implementing innovative strategies and meticulous planning. Through careful zoning, we designated the ground and first floors for greasy machine manufacturing, while the second and third floors were exclusively dedicated to garment stitching. This strategic allocation eliminated any potential interference and allowed for focused operations.
To ensure independence between the units, separate entrances and exits were strategically placed, enabling the smooth flow of personnel and materials. Specialized ventilation systems with advanced filters and exhaust mechanisms were implemented to prevent cross-contamination, while soundproofing materials were used to create a tranquil working environment.
Efficient traffic flow planning, dedicated utility connections, and storage areas for each unit further enhanced the separation and organization. Effective communication systems facilitated collaboration when needed, maintaining efficient workflow without physical interference.
